The initial charge for design and set-up of a Website is based on the required

amount of pages using the following scales:

[1] 1 to 9 pages N10, 000

[2] 10 to 19 pages N25000.00 (database driven with content management)

[3] 20 to 30 pages N50000.00 (database driven with content management)

[4] For over 30 pages we negotiate the price according to the amount of work we feel will be involved.

Standard Elements

Tuseq IT offers a basic service for small to medium size businesses which

include the following elements in their Web Design package:

Consultation, Setup, Design, building and uploading of initial Website to

your specification up to a maximum of 30 pages unless otherwise agreed.

Page sizes are approximately ¾ A4 equivalents. The Client will provide all

text, photographs and other miscellaneous graphics. The Client will be

required to submit as much information as possible to allow Tuseq IT to

create a comprehensive Web site including brochures, current

advertisements etc. The Client should ensure that text submitted is in its

final form. Substantive changes made to the customer's submitted text

after the pages have been constructed will be additional and billed at an

additional charge of N5000.00 per page.

Additional pages are subject to extra charges.

Comprehensive testing of your site in both Microsoft Internet Explorer and

Netscape Navigator.

Upon completion, submission of the Website details to the major Search

Engines.

Website Management.

We also offer website management. A "Yearly Management Fee" (payable

in advance) is charged to all Clients who want us to manage their site.

This Fee covers checking/testing of the site, making any requested

alterations/corrections, plus the addition of any new pages to keep the site up

to date throughout the following 12 months. Any new pages will be added free

of any extra charge as long as their number does not exceed 25% of the

initial maximum pages. For example if your initial website consisted of 20

pages then for each page above the 25% limit (5 pages) an additional N5000

per page charge will apply. Please note that this charge is in addition to the

initial setup fee and is payable yearly in advance and added to your first

invoice. The total fee applied to each Client is based on the amount of work

involved in running the Client's website, based on the amount of changes or

updates required throughout a year and are reviewed on an annual basis.

The amount charged will therefore vary between Clients and will be lower per

year to those Clients who require less frequent updates. The initial Yearly

Management Fee applied is based on the work and number of pages involved

in setting up the Website and again is variable to each Client.
